Madajet is committed to providing the customer with detailed services in the program and the contract.
Madajet undertakes to specify in the quotation and established programs the services included and not included in the proposed rates according to the details of the program.
The booking of a tour / rental cars / stays can be done from our website or by sending us an email to email@example.com.
After the acceptance of the quote and the signature of the contract and the general conditions of sale, the validation of the reservation will be done after the reception of a deposit of 30% of the total amount of the services requested. The rest must be paid no later than 30 days before the date of departure.
Means of payment accepted by Madajet: Bank transfer to our bank account in Madagascar, Western Union transfer, Paypal via a site sending money to Madagascar.
For any reason, in case of cancellation by the customer, here are the cancellation fees applicable to our services:
– More than 60 days before departure: No cancellation fees
– From 60 to 31 days before departure: 15% of the total price of the trip
– from 30 to 15 days before departure: 25% of the total price of the trip
– from 14 to 7 days before departure: 50% of the total price of the trip
– less than 7 days before departure: 100% of the total price of the trip
In case of cancellation by Madajet, we undertake to refund all amounts due.
Madajet is a receptive tour operator in Madagascar, we do not engage in the purchase of your international air tickets. No compensation can be claimed from Madajet in case of delay or cancellation of your international flights, you must see directly from the airline or the travel agency with which you have booked the plane ticket.
Also, you can book international or domestic flights with the airlines of your choice. Madajet is committed to assisting you and planning your trip according to the dates of departure and arrival you have communicated. In the case of a possible delay related to the air services performed by the airlines, Madajet can not be held responsible and no compensation can be requested from Madajet. It is the airline that takes care of the accommodation and transport transfers necessary in case of waiting for flights. Additional costs related to flight delays or cancellations remain your responsibility.
In the event of program changes, losses, illnesses, weather conditions or any other failure beyond its control, Madajet shall be under no obligation to disclaim any liability.
It is up to each customer to take out insurance if they deem necessary, including repatriation insurance. In the event that the customer does not have repatriation insurance, the signature of this contract is equivalent to a discharge of the client declining Madajet of any responsibility.
CLAIM AND REIMBURSEMENT
In the event that Madajet has not insured any of the services mentioned in the program or estimate established except in the cases mentioned below, Madajet undertakes to refund the services not performed to the customer. For any refund request, the customer can contact firstname.lastname@example.org with the necessary supporting documents related to the service not provided.
Madajet can not under any circumstances reimburse the client in cases of force majeure, adverse weather conditions, decision of a state agency, decision of the bodies managing natural parks, breakdown of bins for the crossing of fords, cancellation or delay of Air Madagascar flights or other airlines, civil war, strike, state of the roads considered impractical, judging that the context endangers the safety of the customer.
